Internet Explorer Popup Blocker Settings:

1. Click on Tools, then Internet Options
2. Click Privacy Tab
3. Check Turn-On PopUp Blocker then click Settings
4. On the Address of website to allow, enter https://www.ImsCostContaiment.com, click Add button, click Close
